I really like this path because, when I started, for me it was a moment of deep pain due to bereavement. While before every anniversary caused me pain and I couldn't find serenity again, now I feel that this reserve of joy that I have inside me helps me when I need it and I have learned to legitimize the emotions that arrive without judging them.

Patricia reassured me from the first days, despite the doctors confirming a very confidential prognosis. I always remained in contact with Patricia who constantly informed me of the progress and continued with her energy practices. Two months have passed. Yesterday afternoon I never thought about healing my knee, at a certain point I noticed with great joy that the pain had reached "zero" it truly seemed like a miracle!! How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful!

Meditations have become an everyday occurrence, like posts on Facebook. I am very happy and I will never stop thanking my friend who involved me in this big family.

I have learned to say no, first and foremost, to everything that does not belong to my new life project. I learned to quickly choose between what is useful for my growth and what was only a sense of duty!

Yesterday I had a private session with Patricia which gave me some shock effect awareness and I felt much more awake and full of energy and curious 😍 and with even more desire for change. It's a game to break down resistance with her help 🤗 and I'm very grateful that when I'm about to get back into her routine she makes me wake up again and puts me back in line. 😅 Exactly what I need here ❤️
